There was no question in any of our minds - Lake LouiseI and 3 other guys just spent 3 days skiing in the Banff area. We had decided that we would ski Sunshine then lake Louise the first 2 days to decide which we liked better for the last day. There was no question in any of our minds - Lake Louise. The moment we arrived we were greeted by one of the "yellow jackets" They were great. We participated in 4 of the tours, ranging from intermediate to advanced. I wish I could remember all the guides names. One of our members is an event planner. he is already putting together the information for an event at the Fairmont Springs. Part of our discussion was the skiing. Because of the attitude of the folks at Lake Louise he was confident that skiing there would be a must. This included the way we were treated by every employee we encountered ( Ticket Sales, Lift Operators, and the "Yellow Jackets" Keep up the great work! P.S The slopes were in great conditions as well. We could not have asked for better services. Dave - Camden, NY

I skied there yesterday for the first time and observed your staff to be cheerful, informative and helpful to everyone from the moment I got off the shuttle until I left at the end of the day. Best family deal for day ticketsThe Lake has the best family deal for day tickets. I have a Louise card and with my two children a full day comes to $90. This means that Louise is my first choice. Stephen - Calgary

The daycare is an amazingly professional outfitThe daycare for children under 12 months made our holiday possible! The daycare is an amazingly professional outfit and we felt comfortable instantly leaving our 10 month old for 3 full days. The only problem was she didn't want to come home afterwards! I'll definitely be back one daySince I was skiing alone, one of the guides standing at the map board told me about the free tours available. I decided to join the afternoon tour with Rick and Brian (double blue). They were excellent. They assessed everyone's skill level quite quickly on our first run and took our group to places that were progressively more challenging, but we could all handle. Thanks so much for offering these tours and having such great people. I'll definitely be back one day. Eric - Toronto
