Spring Pass Rates - 2020

Spring Passes are available to residents of Canada only. Please note that mid-week pass holders receive $20 off full-day ticket prices Friday to Sunday*.


Spring Pass Benefits

Spring Pass holders get all the added benefits of regular Season Pass holders (excluding the free First Tracks Lesson). Save on rentals, lessons, dining, hotel accommodations, retail purchases, lift tickets at participating resorts and much more! Discounts are valid until the very last day of the 2019/20 winter season (some restrictions may apply).

Spring Pass Definitions

Adult - Ages 18-64.

Family - Two parents and children up to the age of 17 living at the same address. Lake Louise reserves the right to determine final decisions on all family circumstances relating to blended or non-conventional families.

Youth - Ages 13-17.

Child - Ages 6-12.

Tiger - 0-5, child must be under the age of 6.

Senior  - Ages 65-79.

Super Senior - Ages 80 and over.

Student - Ages 18-29 enrolled as a full time student from an accredited Canadian College or University. Required: Student ID and copy of current course curriculum (minimum of 3 courses per semester; co-op students remain eligible with letter from accredited Canadian College or University).

Student Add-On - Full time students (ages 18-29) from accredited Canadian College or University can be added on to the Family Pass. Required: Student ID and copy of current course curriculum (minimum of 3 courses per semester; co-op students remain eligible with letter from accredited Canadian College or University).

Mid-Week Adult - Valid Monday to Thursday only. Mid-week pass holders save 20% off a full-price, full-day lift ticket on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

CADS - Canadian Association of Disabled Skiers – membership card required.

CADS Youth - Ages 13-17 who are members of the Canadian Association of Disabled Skiers – membership card required.

Parent Pass - Parent Pass - Shared pass between two parents. Includes same day complimentary Beginner Fun Zone ticket for the other parent. A Parent Pass can only be purchased in conjunction with a Child or Tiger Pass. Lake Louise reserves the right to determine final decisions on all family circumstances relating to non-conventional families. Note: Parent Passes are available for pickup 24 hours after time of photos.

Grade 2 Pass - The Grade 2 Pass gives children in grade 2 access to skiing/riding all season long at The Lake Louise Ski Resort. A $20 administration and operational fee is required to process each Grade 2 pass. Proof that your child qualifies for this pass must be presented at time of pass pickup (birth certificate, Alberta Health Care Card or BC Health Care Card, current grade 2 report card, last year's grade 1 report card). The Grade 2 Pass is only available to children in Alberta and Southeastern BC. Grade 2 passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Lost passes can be replaced for a $5 fee.

Individual VIP Base Area Lift Priority - Get lift line priority at the Lake Louise base area! Pass does not include lift access, and is to be used in conjunction with an existing Lake Louise Season Pass, Big 3 Season Pass, Super Pass, or Rocky Mountain Passport. Limited quantities. Note: VIP pass lift line priority is for the Grizzly Express Gondola and the Glacier Express Quad ONLY, and does NOT include Summit Platter, Paradise Triple Chair, Ptarmigan Quad Chair, Larch Express Quad, Top of the World 6-Pack Express, and the Beginner Area. Lift line priority is for Ski & Snowboard School and VIP pass holders only, and does not apply to guests of VIP pass holders.

Important Information
  • A Season Pass Release of Liability form must be read, understood, filled out, and signed in front of a Lake Louise staff member before a Season Pass can be issued.
  • Spouses cannot sign a Release of Liability on behalf of one another.
  • Family pass parents must each fill out a Release of Liability.
  • Either parent can include their kids under the age of 18 on their Release of Liability and sign as parent/guardian.
  • The Release of Liability must be witnessed by a Lake Louise staff member.
  • By signing and initialing the Release of Liability form you are indicating that you have read, understand, and fully agree with all terms of the Release of Liability form.
  • Proof of age required. Season Pass ages are based as of November 1 of this year.
  • Spring Passes are non-refundable and are NOT eligible for the Season Pass Refund Program.

Forget your cash and credit cards at home and simplify your day on the mountain. For ultimate convenience, you now have two options.

  • Option 1: Link your credit card directly to your Lake Louise Season Pass and you can use your pass to charge Lake Louise Ski Resort products and/or services all season long. (Note for security purposes, should you misplace your Pass, we can immediately cancel it and issue you a new one, and our staff will verify your picture at times of purchases).
  • Options 2: Load and reload funds directly onto your Lake Louise Season Pass. This is a great way to give children independence on the mountain. From a hot chocolate in the morning to a snack in the afternoon, a pre-loaded Season Pass will allow them to get what they need, when they need it.

Note: Charging privileges are available for Lake Louise Season Pass holders, Spring Pass holders, and Direct-to-Lift Louise Plus Cardholders.
