Group Policies
Rates
- Groups must be a minimum of 15 paying customers to receive our group rate.
- All groups must be pre-booked in order to receive our group rates.
- All groups must pay with one form of payment.
- One complimentary lift ticket will be issued for every 25 tickets purchased.
Booking Process
- Contact us about our Group Information – 403-522-1341 or email us at groups@skilouise.com
- You will receive our group booking form along with other information about your trip.
- Return the completed and signed booking form via e-mail to secure your trip date(s).
- Once your booking form is received, we will send a confirmation of your trip.
- Group information must be returned no later than 2 weeks prior to your group’s arrival at the resort. We must have confirmed numbers for lift tickets, lessons and rentals.
- If any changes are made, the final numbers must be reconfirmed 72 hours prior to the group’s arrival.
Please note: Lesson levels are used as guidelines. Similar skill levels may be combined into one group.
Payment:
- All groups must pay with one form of payment.
- Credit card details are required to secure your booking. Charges will only be made to the credit card for cancellation purposes.
- Full payment is required on the day of your visit.
- We accept the following forms of payment: MasterCard, AMEX, Visa, Debit Card, Cash, and Cheques.
Cancellation Policy:
- 72-hour cancellation policy on Food and Beverage services for all group bookings.
- Any group cancelling within 72 hours of scheduled arrival will be charged 50% of their estimated Food and Beverage services.
- Billing for the group will be based on the guaranteed number or actual number, whichever is greater.
- Dining arrangements cancelled within 24 hours of arrival will be charged 100% of the estimated food service.
- Any group cancelling within 24 hours of their scheduled arrival at the resort will be charged 50% of the services for the visit, this includes rentals and lessons.
